Online coaching classes

These Coaching Classes Are For Seekers.  The best things in life cannot be forced on anyone.  They come only to those who seek them.  If you had no feel for music and took piano lessons only because your mother insisted –– if you went to church only because you thought it would be good for your business –– if you went to anger management classes or sex offender therapy only because the judge ordered it –– how much would you really learn or change?  Karl is like an athletic coach –– when he sees a new student who plays ball with passion, seeking with all his heart to do better –– that coach dreams of having that student on his team, because that student will seek with all his heart to use the coaching to learn and grow to his full potential.

Focus not on what is Wrong, but on what is Missing. Remember when someone spoke nastily to you.  Did it feel like a knife stuck in your belly?  Or like the person stuck his hand in and was squeezing your intestines?  Or like he was crushing your chest?  Or made you dizzy?  Those are typical normal sensations of the physical energy –– the hurt-energy –– of what has been done to you.  If you have an anger problem, that means that you fail to consciously connect with that energy and feel the sensation of it in your body, and “spit it out” instead.  You “act it out” because you don’t know how to let it in.  That skill and habit are missing.  You can learn it from a coach who can teach you how, and be with you when it gets scary to do.

Learn What To Do Instead.  The normal thing for all of us is to be more afraid of what might happen inside us than of what might happen “out there”.  Although very few are aware of this, it explains a lot of problems.  All addictions serve to protect us from what we fear we may be about to feel inwardly, emotionally, inside ourselves.  Stopping addictions and solving a lot of other problems is simple, when you have learned how to let those energies into your body and feel them, so that you no longer feel the urge to shut them out.  But learning how to do that, and then doing it, is not so easy.  Whether it’s the “higher power” of Alcoholics Anonymous or a coach like Karl, everyone needs some outside source of help in order to learn these things.

Doing or Becoming?  Today’s public schools do the best they can to teach what you must do to pass tests, get jobs and things like that.  Mostly that involves doing what is required.  Now lets think about being a good parent, a father or mother.  Yes, there are things to do there.  But there is so much, much more in becoming a good parent––a whole world of blessings, not only to the children of good parents, but even more to the parents, the ones who have become the good parents.  The real aim of this coaching is toward becoming what you are meant to be.

How to get started.  Register below and you will receive an e-mail with log-in instructions.  When you log in (preferably a few minutes before scheduled class time), you will be asked to enter your first name and last initial.  Your computer must have Internet access.  To participate, you will need a microphone (a plug-in headset with microphone works better than the usual computer built-in microphone).  If your sound isn’t working, you can text with us.  Try us out.
